Welcome to Aagosh.in, an online store offering FPV drone parts, drone components, electronics, batteries, flight controllers, ESCs, motors, propellers, cameras, gimbals, chargers, robotics components and related technology products.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge this policy along with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, and other applicable website policies.

2. Order Processing Time

• In-stock products are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Products requiring procurement, assembly, testing or supplier coordination may require additional processing time.

• Special-order, bulk, customised and made-to-order products will be processed according to the delivery schedule communicated in the quotation or order confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.

• Orders may be delayed if payment confirmation, delivery details or required documents are incomplete.

Important: Order processing time is separate from the shipping and transit time required for delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time Across India

We deliver to serviceable locations throughout India, subject to courier availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

The above timelines are estimates after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier partner, destination PIN code, weather, public holidays, transport conditions and product availability.

For bulk orders, customised products, special procurement or products with extended lead times, the delivery schedule specified in the quotation or written order confirmation will apply.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the product's weight, dimensions, destination PIN code, packaging requirements and selected delivery method.

• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

• Heavy, oversized, fragile or high-value shipments may attract additional transportation, handling or insurance charges where applicable.

• For quotation-based and bulk orders, shipping charges will be specified separately unless expressly included in the quoted price.

• Free shipping, if offered, applies only to the products, locations and conditions specifically mentioned in the offer.

Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer before they are agreed upon.

5. Shipping Partners and Dispatch

Aagosh.in may use recognised courier companies, surface transport services, freight operators or specialised logistics providers depending on the nature of the shipment.

7. Drone Batteries and Restricted Shipments

Drone batteries, lithium batteries, high-capacity battery packs and other sensitive electronic components may be subject to special packaging, documentation, transport and carrier acceptance requirements.

• Battery shipments may be sent by surface transport or another permitted method, depending on the battery type and applicable carrier rules.

• Air shipping may not be available for certain batteries or other restricted products.

• Delivery timelines for such products may be longer than those for standard parcels.

• Orders may be held, rerouted or cancelled if a carrier cannot legally or safely transport the shipment.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details and any documents reasonably required for lawful shipment.

Shipping will be arranged in accordance with applicable laws and the selected carrier's requirements.

8. Delivery Address and Contact Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, recipient name and active contact number when placing an order.

Please contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Aagosh.in will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer-provided information. Any reshipping or return-to-origin charges resulting from such errors may be payable by the customer where applicable and legally permissible.

9. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

The courier may contact the recipient to arrange delivery or confirm the address.

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is restricted or the shipment is refused, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to the sender in accordance with its procedures.

Additional delivery or reshipping charges may apply where the failure is attributable to the customer and such charges are applicable.

If you anticipate being unavailable, please arrange for an authorised person to receive the shipment.

10. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the external packaging at the time of delivery.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, tampered with or opened:

1. Photograph or record the external packaging before opening it, where possible.

2. Inform the delivery personnel and request that the damage or discrepancy be recorded, where supported by the courier.

3. Take clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the package, shipping label and product condition.

4. Notify Aagosh.in as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Please retain the original packaging, invoice and shipping label until the matter is resolved.

Reporting a problem after this recommended period does not automatically eliminate any rights available under applicable law.

11. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can coordinate with the logistics provider.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate delayed, lost, misrouted or undelivered shipments and communicate the available resolution.

Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays, strikes, security checks, regulatory restrictions, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy excludes any remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Partial Shipments and Out-of-Stock Products

Orders containing multiple products may be dispatched in separate shipments due to stock availability, supplier locations, packaging requirements or transport restrictions.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been accepted, we will contact the customer regarding the expected availability, revised delivery schedule or applicable cancellation and refund options.

We will not treat a revised delivery date as accepted merely because the customer has not responded.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, permits and other destination-country requirements. Unless explicitly included in the quotation, these charges are the responsibility of the importer.

Export-controlled items, restricted drone technology, batteries and other regulated products may require additional approvals or documentation. Orders will be shipped only where permitted under applicable laws.

14. Shipping for Quotation-Based and Bulk Orders

For institutional, corporate, government, defence, industrial and bulk orders:

• The delivery schedule stated in the accepted quotation or purchase order will apply.

• Procurement and dispatch timelines may depend on supplier availability, advance payment and required approvals.

• Shipping and insurance charges will be handled as specified in the quotation.

• Any revised lead time will be communicated to the customer.

• Customised, booked or special-procurement orders will be governed by the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law.

Where a quotation specifies a lead time of 15–20 working days or another period, the written quotation and accepted order confirmation should be consulted for the applicable timeline and its starting point.

15. Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

If a product is defective, incorrect, damaged in transit or materially different from the product description, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting evidence.

Return shipping costs and the applicable remedy will depend on the nature of the issue, the agreed policy and applicable law.
